The Bubble Hut Coin Laundry is a locally owned and operated business here in Athens, Alabama — not a chain, not a franchise.
We opened our Highway 31 laundromat in 2023 with a simple goal: give Athens and Limestone County a laundry facility that is genuinely clean, well lit and well maintained, with machines that actually work every time you come in.
That reception led to our second Athens location on North Jefferson Street in 2025, where we added the largest washers we operate — 100 lb machines built for comforters, quilts and multi-basket loads.
Today The Bubble Hut is one company with two convenient Athens locations. Same equipment standards, same hours, same commitment: clean stores, dependable machines, fair posted pricing and friendly help when you need it.
